CHURCH CAMP 2010
Once again, camp was wonderful! Every year God shows up and shows out more and more. On June 14, 156 children, youth and adult sponsors showed up at Spring Lake Baptist Camp for a terrific week of Bible study, music, preaching and fun. We were blessed with wonderful, hot weather with one short shower on Wednesday evening.
There were 15 recorded salvations, 13 rededications and two surrendering to missions. Praise God!!
Special thanks to the camp pastors-Eric Moffett, Stacy Reed, Bobby George and David Dillard and to the music leaders-Jon Cole from OBU, Sherrill Moffett and Sarah Casey and to Jeanette Dunn who served as our nurse. There are so many more to thank, but space will not allow. All thirty-four adult sponsors did a great job and were always willing to do whatever they were asked.

The Beverly Laws Memorial Award was presented to Tyler Rollins from Holly Springs. A new award was established-the Melba Jackson Memorial Award-and was presented to Vanna Rodgers from Holly Springs.
Be in prayer for the camp committee as they begin planning for CAMP 2011. Camp will be June 13-17, 2011. Mark your calendars!!
